Can you work from an existing protocol?
Yes. We can source directly against your protocol or help translate a development question into a workable scope. We will flag where methods, controls, or deliverables need clarification before quoting.
How do you pick the lab?
Every lab in the network is audited before it can bid: scientific experience, operating team, facilities, quality systems, and data practices. Once your spec is in, the qualified labs compete on the same scope and you see the winner, the price, and the timeline before committing.
How do I know the data is good?
Controls, acceptance criteria, and deliverables are set before kickoff. We check every result as it comes back, and can resample a slice against a gold-standard lab so the numbers are verified independently rather than taken on trust. You always get the raw data alongside the summary.
How is pricing structured?
Labs bid against each other on the same scope, so you are not anchored to whichever quote arrived first. You see the lab cost, our fee, the assumptions, and the change terms before work begins.
How much do I have to manage?
Nothing, unless you want to. We are the single interface through delivery: we coordinate the lab, track milestones, review changes against scope, escalate risks, and flag anything that could affect timing or data quality. You never talk to the vendor.
How is this different from a CRO or a marketplace?
A CRO sells you its own capacity, so every study has to fit what that one shop happens to do well, at its price. A marketplace charges for access to a directory and then leaves you to run the vendor yourself. We sit in the middle: many audited labs competing on your scope, one interface, and quality control on the results. For preclinical work that means selecting the right model, assay, and operating team; for clinical work our current focus is China IITs. You get the reach of a marketplace with someone accountable for the data.
